Be the reason a child loves reading
OUR Mission is to foster literacy and improve reading skills through positive reading experiences. We hope that each volunteer shares the goals and mission of ROW and helps carry them out.
We ask that volunteers commit to meeting with their student once a week for the entire school year. Students get very excited to see their volunteer and eagerly anticipate their arrival.
To volunteer with ROW we require the following:
- Commit to weekly 20–30 minute sessions for the entire school year
- Sign up using the form below
- Complete a background check with the school district of your chosen school — view participating schools
- Complete Volunteer Training – you will be guided through your training at sign up — learn more
